Sony has announced its latest version of its smartwatch at CES called Stainless Steel Sony SmartWatch 3. This newest wearable fashion gadget features a stainless steel body with a 1.6-inch transflective LCD display with 320 x 320 resolution and it’s powered by a quad core 1.2GHz processor with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of included storage.
Other features of the Stainless Steel Sony SmartWatch 3 include a built-in GPS and it also comes with an IP68 certification and runs on Google’s Android Wear OS. In addition, the watch itself can be easily popped out of the band which allow you to attach your own bands to the smartwatch 3. Sad to say, Sony have not yet revealed the exact launch date or any official pricing on the stainless steel version of their SmartWatch 3.
According to the latest update, the Sony Stainless Steel Smartwatch 3 is now available globally, but there are no specific details on how much it will retail for each country. However, the smartwatch retails for around £215 in the UK, just to give you an idea.
