Lenovo Tab 3 Pro Business-Oriented Tablet

This unique tab by Lenovo was revealed at the IFA 2015 which is currently held in Berlin for the whole week. There are lots of latest technologies being announced on the said event from different companies that you might want to check out personally if you live near their event place.

In terms of specifications, the Yoga Tab 3 Pro is powered by Intel Atom x5-8500 Cherry Trail processor paired by 2GB RAM and 16/32GB built-in storage. The device comes preinstalled with Google Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and will also have microSD card support for expansion, Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth connectivity.

The Yoga Tab 3 Pro also sports a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP selfie camera. One of the best hardware features is its 10,200 mAh battery that can lasts up to several hours of continuous usage of the tablet.

This Lenovo Tablet will be launched this coming November with a retail price of $399 for the Wi-Fi variant and $599 for the LTE model.

If your budget is short, you might also want to check the company’s cheaper Yoga Tab 3 variants, available in an 8-inch and 10.1-inch models. Both versions have lower specs but with similar functions such as 8-megapixel single rotating camera, quad-core Snapdragon chipset, a lower resolution of 800 x 1280 for both versions, 16GB internal memory, 1GB of RAM and a smaller 6,200-8,400 mAh battery.

These lower end versions of Tab 3 will be priced at $169 for the 8-inch Wi-Fi only and $199 with LTE support. On the other hand, the 10.1-inch variant will have a price range of $199  up to $249 for the LTE variant.

ThinkPad 8

lenovo-thinkpad-8Designed for business-minded users, this tablet from Lenovo features an 8.3-inch 10-point touch screen display and it is powered by Intel Z3770 quad-core 2.4GHz Bay Trail processor, 8GB DDR3L RAM, and a storage device having an option of 32GB, 64GB and 128GB to choose from.

This tablet also comes with Windows 8.1 and Microsoft Office out of the box. The company said that this tablet can last for up to 8 hours on a single charge.

Other specs of the ThinkPad 8 includes 8-megapixel camera on the back, and a 2-megapixel front camera, microUSB 3.0, microHDMI and microSD card slot, 4G LTE, 3G and WiFi only options.

The ThinkPad 8 is really portable; it weighs just 0.92lbs and its only 8.8mm thin. The ThinkPad 8 tablet will be available later this year with a starting price of $399.

Lenovo Horizon 2 27-inch Tablet PC

lenovo-Horizon-2-tablet-pcThis tablet pc from Lenovo features a 27-inch display that comes with QHD 2560×1440 pixel resolution and 10-finger multi-touch support.

This device is also powered by an Intel Core i7, NVIDIA’s GeForce graphics, and up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM and user can choose between regular HDD or a hybrid SSHD storage up to 500GB. Additional specs include Bluetooth, WiFi, NFC and a built-in battery that can last about four hours.

The Horizon 2 also comes with a kickstand at the back, so you can prop it up and view it at an angle if you wish. In terms of aesthetics, the device is made out of aluminum which really looks cool and only weighs 16.8 pounds. Lastly, the Horizon 2 has a new technology called Aura multi-user interface which once activated, it can connect to nearby Android devices running the Horizon app.

What happens is when an Android user shakes their phone over the Horizon 2, content like photos “falls” down onto the surface of the Horizon 2.

Lenovo Miix2 Windows 8.1 Tablet

The tablet specs also includes an Intel HD Graphics (Gen7), 32/64 GB eMMC storage (expandable with a micro-SD card)up to 128GB, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), dual cameras (2MP front & 5MP rear), Integrated Bluetooth 4.0, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi and 3G-GPS3 connectivity and run on Windows 8.1 OS with Microsoft Office Home & Student 2013 pre-installed.

The Lenovo Miix2 Windows 8.1 Tablet is said to run up to 7-hours battery life and will be available later this month with a price starting at $299.
