D-Link has just unveiled three of its latest ultra-performance wireless router series: the AC5300 DIR-895L/R, AC3200 DIR-890L/R and the AC3100 DIR-885L/R. D-Link is a well-known company for creating networking technologies and these three routers are the latest featuring ultra-enhanced network performance using tri-band technology with new futuristic design.
These routers also feature Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0 ports, and have eight, six and four external high-power antennas to accommodate large homes and demanding users.
The first router, AC5300 DIR-895L/R is said to be the very first tri-band router on the market to deliver full Wi-Fi bandwidth of 5,300Mbps, up to 1000Mbps via 2.4GHz band and up to 2,165Mbps via two 5GHz bands simultaneously.
The second tri-band router is the AC3200 DIR-890L/R which 2.4GHz band can deliver up to 600Mbps only, while the two 5GHz bands can deliver up to 1,300Mbps at the same time.
The third and last router, the AC3100 DIR-885L/R which has only 2 bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz) with similar bandwidth delivery to AC3200.
These routers will let you experience uncompromised HD streaming and gaming on each and every connected device in and around your home, but again it still depends on the speed of your internet service provider what you can get from these routers.
As of the moment, only the AC3200 is available for purchase, with an estimated price of $310. The other two tri-band routers are expected to be release in the second quarter of this year together with its pricing information.
