ASRock has unveiled its newest technology in the form of a fanless Mini PC called Beebox. This computer will be powered by Intel Celeron N3000 dual-core processor with passive cooling technology and it has 2 SODIMM slots which can handle up to 8GB of RAM, and an mSATA SSD or SATA drive for its storage.
Other important features of the ASRock Beebox include the latest Type-C USB 3.0 port which is a reversible physical connector that can support various new USB standard like USB 3.1 and USB power delivery (USB PD). In addition, it also comes with 3 X standard USB 3.0 ports, Ethernet port, 2 x HDMI ports, 1 x DisplayPort, a headphone jack, 802.11ac WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity.
The Beebox is very compact having a dimension of only 4.7 x 4.3 x 1.8 inches and it comes loaded with Windows 8.1 with Bing software. According to the latest tech news, it’ll probably release in selected markets next month.
