
TRENDnet has rolled out its latest technology, the new TEW-691GR. This latest technology is a wireless N Gigabit Router that can reach up to the speed of 450Mbps, a way too far from other routers. Its normal speed is 300Mbps, it also has three external antennas that operates on 2.4GHz scale, and is set with four Gigabit Ethernet ports for other local computers and one Gigabit WAN port. In addition, this new technology also has wireless coverage is boosted with Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) technology. Furthermore, TEW-691GR router supports WiFi 802.11n and backward compatible with IEEE 802.11g/b/a compliant devices. Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) is supported. It is priced at $159.99.

Verizon Wireless has announced the latest version of its mapping software, the VZ Navigator 5.0. The VZ Navigator 5.0 will become available for devices like BlackBerry Curve 8530, LG enV Touch, HTC Touch Pro2, and Samsung Omnia. The latest version of this software includes roadside assistance and integrated social networking features. Under roadside assistance, you can now send your location and number with just a single click of a button. When it comes to social networking, there is integration with Facebook, allowing you to share your location information with friends and family in real-time. Other features of this latest technology are revised user interface, streamed map content, graphic alerts for upcoming road conditions and attributes, as well as voice search support for various devices. The VZ Navigator service will set you back $10 a month for unlimited access, or $3 for 24-hours of use.

Wacom has introduced its new tablet, but now its latest handheld device is already wireless unlike the previous one. Introducing the new Intuos4 Wireless graphic pen tablet, the first cord-free professional tablet ever produced that features a 9.4-inch pro-grade graphic and has a stylus with 2,048 levels of pressure and 60 degrees of tilt recognition. Intuos4 Wireless connects to Bluetooth-enabled computers (Macs or PCs) including some devices that have Bluetooth USB adapters. It conveniently charges through USB and continues to work while charging. Its Bluetooth technology allows you to work at distances of up to 10 meters from the computer. Other features includes eight customizable ExpressKeys with illuminated displays that provide easy reference for assigned functions, a finger-sensitive touch ring that controls up to four different functions per application, and best-in-class integration with popular software applications. The Intuos4 Wireless graphic pen tablet is now available at a price of $399.

Chinese Company, Planex has introduced its newest gadget which combines the power of networking technology and digital technology, called Planex MZK-WDPR. This latest gadget has 2 GB of internal memory, 1.5 for two-speaker sounds, and can connect to YouTube for videos and an FM tuner for radio. Pictures are shown in its 3.5-inch (320 x 240) display, and the gadget itself can provide you with WiFi Internet connectivity at the same time displaying the photos of your sweetest moments. Planex MZK-WDPR support different media formats, including MP3, WMA, JPEG, BMP, MPEG-1 / 4 and MPEG-4 AVC/H.264. The device measures 193mm x 130mm x 119mm and weighs 450grams,and its compatible with Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista and 7) and Mac OSX. It is now available at a retail price of 24,800 yen ($ 275).

The Leyio is a portable gadget that has a storage capacity of 16GB that stores your data securely and lets you share your files wirelessly to other Leyio owners. Leyio own point of view with this gadget is to used for sharing Facebook information, swapping digital entertainment or exchanging business cards. This latest gadget uses a short-range 5GHz Ultra Wide-Band (UWB) signal with a maximum transfer rate of 10Mbit/s, and has a detachable 2GB USB drive and a USB interface for connection to a PC. Leyio also features a 1.5inch LCD display, a free scale arm EJS 320MHz processor, a digital fingerprint sensor technology, vibrate function, 3 axis accelerometer and a rechargeable lithium polymer battery. Unfortunately, no word yet on pricing or availability.

Elecom has unveiled its latest technology, introducing the new M-D17DR 2.4 GHz wireless mouse which only needs one AAA battery and it can last up to 69 hours of continous use. The Elecom M-D17DR wireless mouse is compatible with Windows XP (SP1/2), Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X 10.5 and 10.6. This latest device is now available in the market with a price of 4,700 Yen (about $54).

Sony has unveiled its latest device, the Sony MDR-DS7100 7.1 Channel Wireless Headphones. This latest device feature a 50mm driver unit and now offers 30-percent more lifetime to its battery that gives the wireless headphones 13-hours of operating time, unlike with the previous model MDR-DS7000. This device has a 2.4GHz wireless system, and is capable of receiving 7.1 channels at a range of about 100-feet. Scheduled for a release later this October, the MDR-DS7100 is compatible with Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital EX, DTS, DTS-ES.
