The most long awaited Samsung Sliding PC 7 is now available for pre-order for a price of $649. This latest technology looks like a tablet and at the same time a laptop with a full slide out QWERTY keyboard. The Samsung Sliding PC 7 features a 10.1 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1366 x 768, 1.5GHz Intel Atom Z670 CPU, 2 GB of RAM, 32-64 Gigs of Solid State Drive storage and runs Windows 7 operating system. Other specifications included are 1.3 megapixels front webcam, 3.0 megapixels rear webcam, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, USB and HDMI ports, a 4-in-1 card reader, an ambient light sensor, a six-cell battery that claimed to last up to nine hours on a single charge, and an optional 3G and WiMax features.

Samsung World's First DDR4 Memory Modules

I’m quite sure that many computer users still haven’t yet experience how fast a DDR3 is when used on a desktop computer or laptop. In my cased I’m using DDR3 modules on my laptop and the difference among DDR1 and DDR2 is significantly fast. So the question is how fast would it be if we will use DDR4 memory? Speaking of this technology, Samsung has just announced the world’s first DDR4 DRAM memory modules, using 30 nanometer class process technology. DDR4 is set to replace DDR3 and bring with it 40% greater energy efficiency. The module makes use of Pseudo Open Drain (POD), a new technology that has been adapted to high-performance graphic DRAM. Transfer rates at 2.133Gbps at a voltage setting of 1.2V and can be max out up to 3.2Gbps on higher voltages. There’s still no information regarding its release date and pricing.

Samsung 27-inch P2770 LCD Monitor

Yesterday I’ve just posted Dell’s latest LCD monitor, now Samsung has also launched their own LCD screen dubbed as Samsung Syncmaster P2770H. It can work as TV and at the same time a PC monitor. It features a 27-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080, 5ms response time, 300cd/㎡ rated brightness, Horizontal/Vertical Viewing Angle of 170˚ / 160˚ (CR > 10) . Other features include dual VGA and DVI input, an optical audio output, a jack to receive sound from your PC sound card. The Samsung Syncmaster P2770H LCD monitor has an approximate price of US$460.

Samsung NX100 Mirrorless Camera

Samsung NX100 mirrorless camera has been announced today. This latest Samsung camera has a 3-inch Amoled LCD display with a powerful camera of 14.6 megapixel APC-C CMOS sensor. The NX100 has an ISO range of 100 to 3200 that can be max out at 6400 using its boost mode function. The camera has a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels and can capture video at 720p HD in the H.264 format. Other features include SD / SDHC card slot, optional geo-tagging with GPS10 module and ‘Sound Picture’ mode that allows users to record audio when a photo is taken. Pricing and release dates are still unknown for Samsung NX100 mirrorless camera.

Samsung Champ C3300 Mobile

After the successful launched of Samsung Corby, now Samsung has just announced their latest technology called Samsung Champ which is likely to be the successor of Corby. This new handset features a 2.4-inch resistive touchscreen QVGA display with 1.3 megapixel camera, TouchWiz UI Lite FM Radio, internal memory of 30 MB that can be expanded up to 8GB with a microSD card, 1000mAh battery that can last for up to 660 hours in standby mode and can give up to 12 hours of talk time. Samsung Champ C3300 also features microUSB 2.0, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP and GSM / GPRS / EDGE connectivity. This new mobile phone has a dimension of 96 x 53.8 x 13 mm and has a SRP of Rs. 17,560 in India.

Samsung Nori (SHW-A220) in South Korea

Samsung has recently announced its latest touchscreen phone for the South Korea market dubbed as Samsung Nori (SHW-A220). This latest technology features a 3-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 240 x 400, a 3.2 megapixel camera and a 1.3 megapixel camera in front. This handset supports 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connectivity, GPS, microSD card up to 16 GB , a 1,000mAh battery , T-DMB and new feature called Etiquette mode and SOS. The Samsung Nori is said to targets users who like to customize their phones with different accessories. Nori users will be able to customize it with eight unique characters adhesive films that help to create a distinct identity. The Samsung Nori is available in three colors: Pink, Beige, and Blue with a price of 600,000 won or $511.

Verizon Wireless has just released its latest gadget called Samsung Intensity 2, an environmentally friendly mobile handset. This new samsung handset features a QWERTY keyboard for a comfortable social networking experience, 1.3 megapixel camera with night vision technology, Bluetooth and MicroSD card slot. Verizon Samsung Intensity II offers an eco-calculator to track car fuel mileage, efficiency and estimated amount of carbon dioxide emitted. It is said that its exterior came from recycled water bottles, 35 percent of post-consumer material. Verizon Samsung Intensity II is available in two colors: deep gray and metallic blue and can be purchase for retail price of $49.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a new two-year contract.

Samsung has launched its latest gadget called Samsung Digital Camera ST80. It has a 14.2 megapixels camera and also supports a Wi-Fi to send images via email. This digicam has a DNLA connect to easy send your pictures and videos, and direct upload to some media sharing networks like Facebook, Youtube, Photo Bucket, and Picasa without using P.C.

The Samsung ST80 digital camera has Smart Auto (Still & Movie) technology, that can automatically change the settings defending to its environment. The other features was 3x optical zoom, a 3-inch WQVGA touchscreen, and its 720p 30fps H.264 video recording. The camera has HDMI and USB 2.0 ports which can also be used for charging. The measures of this gadgets was 92×55.4×18.5mm. This Samsung ST80 digicam has a suggested retail price of $249.99 and it’s expected this coming September 2010.

Samsung has announced its latest mobile phone dubbed as B7620 Giorgio Armani. This new handset features a tilting touchscreen display with a 3.5-inch super amoled display and has a 800×640 pixel resolution. This latest technology is a joint venture of Giorgio Armani and Samsung. Other key specifications include a 5 mega pixels camera with autofocus, LED flash plus Geo-tagging, face and smile detection, wide dynamic range, image stabilization, panorama shot, and print them directly through BPP / Pictbridge mobile printer.

The B7620 Giorgio Armani is powered by a Windows Mobile 6.5 OS with Samsung S3C6410 800MHz processor and dedicated graphics accelerator. It has a built-in memory of 8 GB, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, HSPA, GPS, microUSB and DNSe (Digital Natural Sound Engine). Samsung B7620 available in bronze gold colour and it looks like mini laptop computer with 2-tilt touchscreen display for ideal view and built with powerful QWERTY keyboard. This new mobile phone has a retail price of Rs. 38,000.

Samsung has launched its latest technology dubbed as Samsung Wave S8500. This new handset features 3.3” WVGA Super AMOLED touch screen display with a powerful 5-megapixel camera with High Definition 720p video recording capabilities. Aside from that it also features Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS connectivity. The Samsung Wave S8500 uses 1GHz processor, supports TouchWiz 3.0, Samsung’s Social Hub and runs under bada Operating System. For now there is no information about the release date of this Wave S8500, but the price range is said to be around $399.95.
