Canon has recently announced its latest compact photo printer called Selphy CP800. This new gadget features a 2.5-inch tilting LCD display, a bluetooth adapter that allows it to print wirelessly from compatible devices while on the move, and a optional battery pack if there are no power source nearby. This portable Canon photo printer has a feature shuffle function that will randomly select photos from the memory card and combine them into a single 4×6-inch image. Available in either black or white colors, the Canon Selphy CP800 Compact Photo Printer will retail for $99.99. The battery pack and Bluetooth adapter are priced at $80 and $50, respectively.
Toshiba has announced its newest portable hard drives known as the Toshiba Store Art 3. This hard drive has a storage capacity of 750 GB (the one with the blue color) and 1 TB (the black color one). This two interesting plug-n-play hard drives has both rubber edging design for bump-resistance as well as an internal shock protection sensor to protect the stored data. The said hard drives also contains pre-installed NTI BackupNow EZTM software for users to easily backup their complete PC system with a single click, so that in the case of losing data, users can able to restore their system even if Windows is unable to start. Toshiba Store Art 3 has form factor of 2.5 inches and has a feature of encrypting data and protecting password for safety. This latest technology will be available in May 2010.
