
Lenovo has released recently the 15.4-inch ThinkPad W500 laptop, a laptop for engineers and digital content creators. As it is a mobile workstation targeted at CAD/CAM/CAE professionals and at the same time equipped with a debutting graphics acceleration card – ThinkPad W500 arouses keen interest in its real-world OpenGL performance.
Evolved from the T61p, the ThinkPad W500 is a business class workstation laptop. Based on the new Centrino 2 platform, the W500 is a powerhouse with support for the newest and fastest 45nm Core 2 Duos and DDR3 ram. Targeted to professionals that need all the performance they can get, the W500 includes an ATI Mobility FireGL V5700 for advanced 3D and 2D rendering, essential for those like engineers and designers.
Lenovo has introduced the IdeaCentre A600 all-in-one desktop PC with VeriFace security software onboard for biometric logins with the built in webcam which is a brilliant feature and IdeaPad Y650 slim laptop having a tons of functionality into a very stylish package.
