Acer Corporation has introduced its latest monitor, the Acer S243HL. According to the company, this latest LCD monitor is the first LCD monitor in the market having a contrast of 8000000:1, with a resolution of Full HD 1920×1080. It is also the slimmest 24-inch widescreen display on the market,having a thickness of less than 15 millimeters. Moreover it has an integrated speaker located at the rack of the monitor,and also been equipped with the energy-saving white LED backlight. Dell, one of Japan’s best electronic manufacturing company has announced its latest LCD monitor, the Dell U2410. This latest device has a 24-inch display that utilizes IPS LCD panel. This model features features 1920×1200 full HD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 400cd/m2 brightness, 6ms reponse time and 178-degree viewing angle. The 24-inch LCD covers 96% of the Adobe RGB color space, and 100% of the sRGB color space. Dell U2410 offers screen split function, and has integrated 4-port USB hub, VGA, DVI-D, HDMI, and display port inputs. Release date is not yet announced, but people in Japan can grab one now for ¥72,450, or about $760.
