Thanko has introduced its latest device, the 80-port USB hub. This device is designed to charge all of your gadgets from a single location at once. This 80-port USB hub cannot transfer files, it only charges all of your techie gadgets that uses USB to recharge it. Lastly, it needs to be plugged in a wall socket to work. It needs 100v. The price of this techie device is 14,800 Yen or $165.

We’ve seen several USB transformers lately. This coming July Transformers 2 will be out already. There’s the transforming mouse, the Ravage USB drive, and now we have this $42 import that features a cassette deck, similar to Soundwave. Here is a Qosmio netbook that was touched by a fragment of the All Spark cube that turns it into a robotic alien lifeform. The netbook doesn’t necessarily work, the body serves as a 4-port USB hub. It comes with four USB 2.0 ports on the front and a fake image of the Windows XP desktop on the display.
