Panasonic latest Gadget DMC G2 touch screen camera

Panasonic has unveiled its first touch screen processed camera, named Lumix DMC-G2. This latest gadget features a 12.1MP Live MOS sensor and shoots 720p video in AVCHD lite, activated by a video record button. This touch screen camera  is at 3-inch LCD screen with 460,000 pixels and a wide-viewing angle that can revolved up to 180 degrees from side to side and tilts 270 degrees up and down. It support SD, SDHC, SDXC cards and there is HDMI output.

Sony has launched its latest technology, dubbed as Alpha DSLR-A380. This new model of DSLR camera features a powerful BIONZ processor for faster responses, a 14.2 megapixels camera under its 2.7-inch LCD screen that can be tilted up or down over an extended angle range, increasing options for comfortable shooting in any position. This compact camera is smaller and easier to use than newbies might expect a DSLR to be while still offering excellent colors and backlight correction. Other specification includes accurate autofocus, Quick AF Live View for responsive ‘freestyle’ shooting, new on-screen Help Guide and Graphic Display to help you capture the images you wanted, new self-timer drive mode grabs a quick burst of 3 or 5 frames. This series of camera has really improved a lot, because now its imaging quality is superb, thanks to the APS-C sized CCD sensor working in harmony with the BIONZ image processing engine technology found on other a cameras.

JVC has added a new high definition camcorder to its collection of Everio Series, The new Everio GZ-HM340. This latest electronic gadget features a 20x optical Konica Minolta zoom lens, 1.37 megapixel CMOS sensor, 16GB of internal flash memory plus an SD/SDHC card slot. It is also equipped with advanced technology including image stabilization, one-touch upload to YouTube, face detection, advancements in low light capabilities, auto recording feature, time lapse recording, Face Flow Thumbnail, which displays thumbnails of your videos by using human faces automatically cropped from sections of your video, and Advanced Image Stabilizer (A.I.S) that ensures steady images even while walking, and is especially effective when shooting bright scenes from full wide to 5x zoom. For only $499.95, I think this camera is definitely worth the buy. It will be available later this month.

Panasonic has announced its latest gadget, the DMC-FX66 digital camera. This new model of camera features a 14.1 megapixel censor camera, a 2.7 inch LCD screen, an ISO sensitivity from 80 to 6400, SDXC cards compatibility, 40MB of internal memory, and different Scene mode. It has a powerful 5x optical zoom lens that can be increased up to 6.5x while keeping the picture quality. This latest gadget is also equipped with Power O.I.S. image stabilization, and the latest Intelligent Resolution Technology. With this new technology the DMC-FX66 camera can detect signals even if these are at the edges of the subject, the camera can create detailed texture or just soft gradation first and then later on give appropriate enhancements to the edges or textured areas as desired. The Panasonic DMC-FX66 is expected on the market by the 3rd week of February at a price of 35 000 yens, or 270€.

The Pentax Optio I-10 also features video recording options up to 30 fps, and can be viewed on its 2.7 inch 16:9 LCD. This latest gadget is expected to be released this coming February for a price of $299.95.

Details have been leaked of a new camera from Samsung, the new Samsung NX10 Hybrid Camera. This latest gadget is slightly bigger than micro four thirds cameras and smaller than standard DSLR cameras, so basically it is a new format.  It is rumored to pack a 18-55 mm lens, should be capable to shoot up to 7 frames per second and has a 14.6 megapixel sensor.

Canon has unveiled its latest concept of DSLR camera, the new NOVA DSLR. This latest gadget is equipped with two detachable handles which is very similar in a game controller. In addition to its gaming functions, the handle could easily control the settings of the camera itself, which greatly extends the possibilities of its use. The concept was conceived by Erin Fong, in which the main idea is to allow for all sorts of hand holds thanks to the dual movable arms, and the controls at the fingertips seems surprisingly convenient.
