Asus has just released its latest MOBO technology called Asus Motherboard Rampage III Formula. This latest motherboard from Asus is based on Intel’s X58 chipset which simply means that it is compatible with Core i7 processors. The Rampage III Formula supports USB 3.0 connectivity, six pieces of DDR3 memory modules (up to 24 GB), three PCIe x16 slots and three way SLI and CrossFireX. It is also said that this mobo will be used on Asus ROG (Republic of Gamers) series and will adopts the company’s X-Fi2 SupremeFX audio system. As of now there are no word on pricing or availability for this new technology.

Asus has unveiled its latest laptop series, now with a unique bamboo exterior design to its U43JC laptops. This laptop features a 14 inch LCD display, 2.4GHz Intel Core i3-370M CPU with 3MB shared cache, 4GB DDR3 1066MHz RAM, 500GB HDD, and an Nvidia GeForce GT300 mobile series graphics card. Other specifications of this laptop include USB 3.0 ports, latest Optimus technology for maximizing the performance, 2 megapixel webcam, DVD RW, and an 8-cell battery. The Asus U43JC bamboo exterior laptop has pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium and costs Rs. 61, 999 (MRP) along with a mouse and a bag and 1 year global warranty.

Asus has launched its latest technology called, Asus UL20FT-A1 laptop. This laptop has a display of 12.1-inch 1366 x 768 LED-backlit display; a Turbo Boost has Intel HM55 chipset, and Intel GMA X4500MHD graphics video card. It is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 CULV processor running at 1.20 GHz, and has a 320GB hard drive, a 0.3-megapixel webcam, and a 5-in-1 card reader. Other  features are 2GB DDR2 800MHz RAM memory, built-in Altec Lansing speakers, wireless LAN WLAN Wi-Fi, six cell battery and operates under Microsoft Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit. This laptop is now available for pre- order with a price of $579 and it’s expected to be launch in the month of August  2010.

ASUS has announced its latest Optimus-Enabled laptop known as ASUS U30Jc. Do you have any idea what’s this Optimis thingy is? This feature will help the laptop perform at its peak in terms of graphical + processing rate of the CPU and the good thing about this technology is that the battery life of your laptop will still remain. I know you’ve read other topics about the usage in a laptop, while playing games or doing some multimedia stuff the battery life will become shorter because there are too many activities in that hardware part both graphics and processor. So this thing doesn’t apply to ASUS U30Jc due to Optimus-Enabled technology.
