Portable Photo Printer Buyers Guide 2016

What is a Portable Photo Printer?

A portable or compact printer is just smaller in size and has almost the same basic capabilities or functions a normal-sized photo printer can do. Although, this kind of printer comes with certain limitations, such as the number of pages it can print, the size of photo papers it supports, the number of hours it will lasts as these are generally battery operated and can only perform in several hours.

Who Needs this kind of Printer?

Well, buyers of portable printers are usually the ones who love taking photographs everywhere, using their digital SLR cameras, smartphones and tablets who want to have their special moments printed and framed.

If you are the type of person who value hard printed copies of your photographs and use it for something else like I personally do for gifts, presents, surprises then having one in hand is your best option.

On the other hand if you are planning to use this for bulk printing of your office documents or files, then this printer is not the best option for you because of the limitations I have mentioned above. Other brand of printers are made for those kind of purpose, mostly laser type, inkjet, dot matrix printers and many more.
