Polaroid’s latest instant digital camera called Snap is now available for pre-orders for $99.99 and will start shipping this coming 26th of October.
The Polaroid Snap instant camera was announced during the IFA trade show held in Berlin, Germany. It is a pocket-sized camera with almost the same appearance with one of their most popular product called Polaroid Zip pocket-sized printer.
In terms of specifications, the Snap compact instant digital camera sports a 10 Megapixels image sensor with f2.8 lens, sad to say the camera don’t have zooming capabilities. It also used ZINK Zero Ink Printing technology to instantly print captured images on the device using a 2 X 3” photo paper. A pack of 100 sheets of Zink paper will costs you an extra $25 by the way. Captured memories are stored inside a microSD card (up to 32GB memory support).
Lastly, the device also features some cool modes such as Vintage inspired photo, gray-scale mode, full color mode, photo booth mode that used a burst mode capturing six pictures in 10 seconds.
