OCZ Technology Group, Inc., a leading provider of high-performance solid-state drives (SSDs) has recently announced its latest addition to the popular Deneva 2 Series. The latest models are 2.5”, 6 Gbps SATA III-based Multi-Level Cell (MLC) coming in 120GB, 240GB and 480GB capacities. These 2.5-inch SSDs are equipped with 19nm MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SandForce SF-2281 controller, a MTBF of 2 million hours, TRIM support and capable of delivering read/write speeds of up to 550/520 MB/s (120GB & 240GB Models) and 540/470 MB/s (480GB Model), respectively.
