GoPro Partners with Vislink to Enable Wireless HD Video Streaming

GoPro has announced a partnership with Vislink aiming to enable wireless HD video streaming for GoPro HERO4 action cameras. Vislink is a leading global technology provider responsible for collecting and delivering high-quality video and data in real-time.

According to the press release, GoPro and Vislink have been working together to create a small transmitter to be worn or mounted in a certain area best for viewing to provide wireless High Definition video streaming of real time footage for viewers.

This new GoPro wireless HD live streaming technology will be displayed at the upcoming sporting events these winter months and will also be showcased at this year’s Winter X Games 2015 in Aspen, and etc.
