There are many people who are not contented on the phone they are using, once they have seen a new released of their favorite mobile manufacturer they can’t refuse not to buy that handset. On the other hand, some mobile users who are contented already with their unit said “as long as they can call and text with their phone, it’s okay”.  That’s why a Dutch ad agency named John Doe has launched “the world’s simplest cell phone” dubbed as John Phone. It’s simple because it has no any connectivity available like internet, GPS, Bluetooth, infrared, nor Wi-Fi. You can’t also install applications or software and most especially you could not text! Only calls are allowed and that’s it.

LG Encore smartphone is now available in the market. This latest LG smartphone features a 3-inch touchscreen TFT display and it has a resolution of 240 x 400 pixels. Other core features include 3 megapixel camera, 3.5mm headphone jack, 32 MB internal storage which can be extended up to 16 GB using a micro SD card, GPS, and Bluetooth 2.1 EDR connectivity. AT&T offers new LG Encore in USA for only $50 with two-year contract.

Nokia has confirmed the released of their latest technology called Nokia 5250 smartphone. This new handset features a 2.8-inch touchscreen with 360 x 640 resolutions, 2 megapixel camera, 51MB of internal memory can be extended up to 16GB using microSD memory card, and will come with Olvi Music Unlimited allowing you to download as long as your memory can hold it. This latest Nokia handset battery is said to last for 18 days on standby mode and seven hours of talk time or 1 whole day of playing music files.

U.S. Cellular said that they will be releasing their latest gadget called BlackBerry Bold 9650 this August 18, 2010. This blackberry mobile features a 2.4-inch display with 480 x 360 resolutions and a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus. Other features include full QWERTY keyboard, 512MB ram, Bluetooth and GPS connectivity, 3.5mm jack, visual trackpad, GSM/HSDPA, BlackBerry OS 6 ready and EV-DO. The Bold 9650 has an estimated price of $230 with a 2-year contract and a $70 mail-in rebate.

After the successful launched of Samsung Corby, now Samsung has just announced their latest technology called Samsung Champ which is likely to be the successor of Corby. This new handset features a 2.4-inch resistive touchscreen QVGA display with 1.3 megapixel camera, TouchWiz UI Lite FM Radio, internal memory of 30 MB that can be expanded up to 8GB with a microSD card, 1000mAh battery that can last for up to 660 hours in standby mode and can give up to 12 hours of talk time. Samsung Champ C3300 also features microUSB 2.0, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP and GSM / GPRS / EDGE connectivity. This new mobile phone has a dimension of 96 x 53.8 x 13 mm and has a SRP of Rs. 17,560 in India.

Here’s the latest gadget news for Canada, LG is said to be preparing for the launch of their new handset called LG Neon2 GT350. This handset features a 3-inch touchscreen display with a 2 megapixel camera. It also has video recording capabilities which is very common and a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, an FM radio, built-in mp3 player, microSD card slot that supports up to 8 GB, Bluetooth and supports quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) connectivity. The upcoming LG cell phone has a battery life that can last 400 hours in standby, or 6 hours in talking-mode and will be available in 4 different colors and the price is set at $30 with a 3-year contract.

Verizon Wireless has just released its latest gadget called Samsung Intensity 2, an environmentally friendly mobile handset. This new samsung handset features a QWERTY keyboard for a comfortable social networking experience, 1.3 megapixel camera with night vision technology, Bluetooth and MicroSD card slot. Verizon Samsung Intensity II offers an eco-calculator to track car fuel mileage, efficiency and estimated amount of carbon dioxide emitted. It is said that its exterior came from recycled water bottles, 35 percent of post-consumer material. Verizon Samsung Intensity II is available in two colors: deep gray and metallic blue and can be purchase for retail price of $49.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a new two-year contract.

Samsung has announced its latest mobile phone dubbed as B7620 Giorgio Armani. This new handset features a tilting touchscreen display with a 3.5-inch super amoled display and has a 800×640 pixel resolution. This latest technology is a joint venture of Giorgio Armani and Samsung. Other key specifications include a 5 mega pixels camera with autofocus, LED flash plus Geo-tagging, face and smile detection, wide dynamic range, image stabilization, panorama shot, and print them directly through BPP / Pictbridge mobile printer.

Nokia has recently announced its latest technology called Nokia N8. This new handset has a 3.5 inch capacitive touch screen display with a resolution of 640 x 360 pixels. This mobile phone is not just an ordinary phone; it is equipped with a digicam-like powerful 12 megapixel camera with a Carl Zeiss lens and a Xenon flash. Nokia has announced its latest handheld device called Nokia X5-01. This handset features a 2.36” display with 320 x 240 QVGA resolutions. This QWERTY keyboard phone also has four directional navigation buttons. The X5-01 has also the capabilities to tap social networking not only texting and the common usage of mobile phones. The phone itself looks big but actually it only has a dimension of 74.3 x 66.44 x 16.85 mm. It is also looks like that this latest technology main target is the  teens who loves social networking like facebook, listening to music and watching videos in the net.
