Canon has recently announced its latest compact photo printer called Selphy CP800. This new gadget features a 2.5-inch tilting LCD display, a bluetooth adapter that allows it to print wirelessly from compatible devices while on the move, and a optional battery pack if there are no power source nearby. This portable Canon photo printer has a feature shuffle function that will randomly select photos from the memory card and combine them into a single 4×6-inch image. Available in either black or white colors, the Canon Selphy CP800 Compact Photo Printer will retail for $99.99. The battery pack and Bluetooth adapter are priced at $80 and $50, respectively.
I know time will come that we will need a lot of USB ports in our house for our old and latest gadgets on hand because as you can see most gadget and devices that are released are powered by USB. That’s why they (Lv Jianhua, He Dawei, Zhou Hanxiao & Xu Yao)created this concept of USB ports as a wall outlet concept. USB plays an important role in our daily lives including recharging our techie stuff, transferring of data, and etc. The greatest convenience of having this kind of concept is that you won’t need a computer to plug your devices , now you can plug them directly to the wall outlet as a regular appliances. Surely one design that we’ll be anticipating to be implemented for smart homes today and tomorrow.
Acer has announced its newest desktop called Acer AM3400-U2052. This acer desktop pc features an AMD Phenom II Quad-Core processor with 6 GB DDR3 memory and ATI Radeon HD 5450 with 512MB of dedicated DDR3 VRAM. Other features include 640GB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive, 16X DVD+/-R/RW SuperMulti Drive, 12 USB 2.0 Ports (4 Front, 6 Rear, 2 Rear w/USB Module), HDMI Port, High-Def Audio with 5.1-Channel Surround Sound Support and a multi-in-One Digital Media Card Reader. The AM3400-U2052 runs with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system. Other than that, this latest technology features a cool illuminated blue power effect that runs alongside the edge of the machine and for optimum performance. It has a price tag of $609.99 at Amazon website.
JXD has recently announced its latest technology dubbed as JXD A30 HD-capable PMP. This new player features a 7-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and supports 768 HD video playback. It is also equipped with a built-in ebook reader, 8GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot up to 8GB, an FM radio, a voice recorder, a TV-out function, HDMI ports, built-in games, and supports a wide variety of multimedia formats like i.e., RM, RMVB, VOB, , MOV, 3GP, MPG, DAT, AVI, FLV, MP4 and audio formats like MP3, WMA, APE, FLAC. The JXD A30 HD-capable PMP has a price tag of $125.80(normal price $155.60).
U.S. Cellular said that they will be releasing their latest gadget called BlackBerry Bold 9650 this August 18, 2010. This blackberry mobile features a 2.4-inch display with 480 x 360 resolutions and a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus. Other features include full QWERTY keyboard, 512MB ram, Bluetooth and GPS connectivity, 3.5mm jack, visual trackpad, GSM/HSDPA, BlackBerry OS 6 ready and EV-DO. The Bold 9650 has an estimated price of $230 with a 2-year contract and a $70 mail-in rebate.

This new all-in-one printer has many unique features like new Full HD Movie Print which provides the consumers with a new alternative for preserving their memorable moments. It also has six ink takes that can provide the maximum color resolution of 9600 x 2400 dpi. Another interesting feature is that it is compatible with iPhone and Android smartphones with the help of Canon’s Easy-Photo print application. Acer has recently announced its newest Ferrari-design laptop called Ferrari 5000. This computer features a 15.4-inch display and powered by a dual-core AMD Turion X2 processor with (AMD PowerNow!™ and HyperTransport™ technology;1MB L2 Cache; chipset ATI Xpress 1150), but this version of the Turion X2 uses the new 638-pin Socket S1 which allows dual-channel, so in this case fewer pins means better memory access. It is also equipped with ATI Radeon Mobility X1600 graphics card which includes 256MB of dedicated DDR3 memory, 2GB of 667MHz DDR2 memory (up to 4GB), and 160 GB Serial ATA hard disk drive. Other specifications include 5-in-1 card reader, HD DVD drive or 8X slot-load DVD-Super Multi double-layer drive, S/PDIF (Sony/Philips Digital Interface) support for digital speakers; Audio system with two built-in speakers and Acer 1.3 megapixel OrbiCam™ video camera. The Acer Ferrari 5000 has a retail price of £1,699.
After the successful launched of Samsung Corby, now Samsung has just announced their latest technology called Samsung Champ which is likely to be the successor of Corby. This new handset features a 2.4-inch resistive touchscreen QVGA display with 1.3 megapixel camera, TouchWiz UI Lite FM Radio, internal memory of 30 MB that can be expanded up to 8GB with a microSD card, 1000mAh battery that can last for up to 660 hours in standby mode and can give up to 12 hours of talk time. Samsung Champ C3300 also features microUSB 2.0, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP and GSM / GPRS / EDGE connectivity. This new mobile phone has a dimension of 96 x 53.8 x 13 mm and has a SRP of Rs. 17,560 in India.
Motorola Droid 2 has finally out! This latest gadget by Motorola features a 1 GHZ processor which runs Android 2.2 with a powerful 5 megapixel camera with dual flash and 3G mobile hotspot capabilities. This gadget has also adobe flash player 10.1, 8GB internal memory, 8GB external memory using microSD, slide-out large QWERTY keyboard, a multi-touch LCD display with a 480×854 resolutions and Swype texting on the top. Other specifications of the Droid 2 include IMAP and POP email support, USB 2.0 HS, FOTA, DLNA, aGPS, and different audio supported formats (MIDI, MP3, WAV, AAC, AAC+, AAC+ Enhanced). This gadget weighs 169 grams with a dimension of 60.5 x 116.3 x 13.7 mm and can last up to 572 minutes (talk time) and up to 315 hours standby time.
Marcial Ahsayane has just announced a new concept of mouse called eVouse Mouse Pen. This latest technology has a v-shaped design with futuristic illuminated green light on every movement, an action buttons, a scroll and I think is it also a wireless mouse, cause I don’t see any wire or chord on it. It has all the functions of a normal mouse but this time it also acts as a pen sensor which allows it to be used for drawing, illustration and designing activities. As of now there is no exact date when will this gadget comes to life, because it’s still a concept of a computer mouse.
