LG has recently announced its latest gadget featuring a 3.2 inch full touchscreen WQVGA display with a powerful 5 megapixel camera. The LG E720 Optimus Chic is an Android smartphone that uses Android 2.2 Froyo OS and features Bluetooth, USB, Wi-Fi and GPS connectivity with A-GPS support. It has also built-in music player, video player, FM radio and boasts a 600MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 processor. No words on pricing, but it will soon hit the market.
Toshiba has announced its latest technology called Folio 100 Tablet. This new tablet features a 10.1 inch display with a 1.3 megapixel camera, 16 GB of internal memory, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G connectivity, USB 2.0, HDMI port, SD/MMC card reader, stereo speakers and runs Android 2.2. Rumors said that the Folio 100 will also come with a docking station (just like the iPad and the Samsung Galaxy Tab) and will supposedly come with a dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 250 graphics chip. The Toshiba Folio 100 has equipped with the latest technology and its being optimized to allow you to boot this tablet less than 30 seconds. The battery has a capacity of 1020mAh which can keep it running for up to 7 hours on a single charge. As of now there are no words for its pricing but it is expected to be released this October 2010.
After seeing so many iPhone/iPad docks in the market, now here comes a latest docking station once again released by PhotoFast that allows the charging of more than 1 iPhones at once. This latest gadget can handle a maximum number of 4 iPhone and iPad. This is really cool for a docking station, isn’t? It was also reported that Autodesk Company, the creator of AutoCAD and MAYA software has announced that the software for AutoCAD will be available on our handheld devices such as iPhone, iPad and even with our MAC computer system. The mobile version of the software will be called AutoCAD WS.
Sony SLT A55 is the latest in camera technology. This camera features a 3 inch tilting LCD, an interchangeable lens camera with a powerful 16.2 megapixels, auto HDR, sophisticated “rack focus” movie effect, sweep panorama, GPS, full auto focus while in HD video, and a very high ISO of 12,800. Other specifications include a 1080p AVCHD movie mode with continuous AF which you can use to create high quality movie. The Sony SLT A55 has a dimension of (124.4 x 92 x 84.7mm) and weigh 433g, not included battery, and other accessories. It is expected to be available at $749 for the body, lens not included. You need to pay additional $100 or more for its 18-55mm kit lens.
If you still remember in my previous post, I have posted before one of Asus netbook which is equipped with an Intel Atom N550 processor. On that time that model was really popular then. Recently HP has announced its version with an ATOM N5500 processor which is said to believe that HP will have its Intel Atom Dual Core N5500 with a clockspeed of 1.5 Ghz processor with a 512kb L2 cache and 667FSB, much faster than the previous version. So if you are planning to get your own netbook then you might want to have these notebook series which are dual core. The HP Mini 5103 is going to be released in next month in the U.S.
Canon has announced its newest addition of DSLR camera called Canon EOS 60D DSLR. This latest gadget has 18-megapixel image sensor with a swivel 3-inch LCD display and has a single DIGIC 4 processor and boasts 1080p H.264 video with an in-camera movie editing feature. Other features of this DSLR camera includes 9-point AF system, in-camera RAW processing, and ISO 100-6,400 (expandable to 12,800). The EOS 60D DSLR is expected in the market at the end of September 2010 and was said to have a price tag of $1,099 for the body, or $1,399 when bundled together with the 18-135mm f3.5/5.6 IS zoom lens.
Nokia has confirmed the released of their latest technology called Nokia 5250 smartphone. This new handset features a 2.8-inch touchscreen with 360 x 640 resolutions, 2 megapixel camera, 51MB of internal memory can be extended up to 16GB using microSD memory card, and will come with Olvi Music Unlimited allowing you to download as long as your memory can hold it. This latest Nokia handset battery is said to last for 18 days on standby mode and seven hours of talk time or 1 whole day of playing music files.
Mad Catz, a company that main focus is on gaming technology has unleashed its latest high tech keyboard called Cyborg gaming keyboard. One of their popular creations are the wireless and wired version of Eclipse. The cyborg keyboard uses the latest amBX technology (short for ambient experience) which has full RGB backlight support, producing up to 16 million colours and can create real-time dynamic lighting effects based on the game the user is playing and the in-game environment. There is a toggle button for amBX when playing games, also has the option to lock the windows key so you won’t exit the game when you accidentally press it, and control volume and media using the media buttons at the top of the keyboard. They’ve said that Mad Catz will release the new Cyborg keyboard until early 2011.
Fujifilm has once again announced a new digital camera dubbed as FinePix REAL 3D W3, which the company claims as the world’s first 3D digital that can record superb quality in 3D. This latest gadget features a 3.5-inch Autostereoscopic 3D widescreen LCD display, horizontal lens cover doubling as on/off switch, mini HDMI 1.4 port for easy playback on a large 3D-capable TV, and twin 10 Megapixel CCD image sensors and dual FUJINON 3x optical zoom lenses. Thanks to its much refined features such as Real Photo Processor that allows it to capture higher resolution 3D photos and movies in 3D HD at 720p. Fujifilm FinePix REAL 3D W3 digital camera dimensions are 124 (W) x 65.9 (H) x 27.8 (D) mm and weighs just 230 grams and it’s expected to be available by early September 2010 for about $500.
Dell has launched its latest gadget called Dell Aero Smartphone. This new handset features a 3.5 inch screen with 640 x 360 pixel resolution, and a power five-megapixel camera with flash. The Dell Aero smartphone is powered by Android 1.5 and has 624MHz Marvell processor, Tri-band HSDPA (AT&T bands), ActiveSync capabilities for syncing with Outlook, WiFi, GPS, and Bluetooth connectivity. This Aero handset has a price of $100 on a two-year agreement with AT&T, $300 without a contract.
