Olympus has just announced its two latest digital camera models dubbed as X-560WP and T100. The X560 WP features a 10-megapixel camera and the camera itself is waterproof and can be submerge in 10 meter dept of water without any problems. It has a 3x optical zoom with Advanced Face Detection technology so it can track 16 faces at the time. It is said that the X560 WP can capture clear and sharp images with its high ISO which comes in 18 shooting modes.
Acer has unveiled its latest slim desktop computers for this year 2010 called Aspire X5950 and X3950. These desktops have a slim tower casing with a brushed-metal color for the X5950 and a glossy black finish for the X3950. They are powered by either latest processor the Core i3 or Core i7, packed with Intel HD graphics card, 8 Gigs of Memory, and up to 2 TB of hard disk drive. The Aspire X5950 and X3950 uses an Intel H57 Motherboard with PCI-E x16 slot, a DVD or Blu-ray Drive, a Gigabit Ethernet, and a multi-in-one card reader, an HDMI port and are pre-loaded with the Arcade Deluxe 4.0 software. There are no word on pricing for these Acer desktop computers.
HP has added its latest desktop PC to its Pavilion Elite Series known as HP Pavilion Elite HPE-350t Core i7 Desktop PC. This latest technology features a powerful Intel Core i7-860 2.8GHz Quad core processor, a 6GB DDR3-1333MHz SDRAM (3 DIMMs), LightScribe 16X max. DVD+/-R/RW SuperMulti drive, 512MB ATI Radeon HD 5450, 640 GB HDD that can be upgrade up to 1 TB 7200 RPM SATA. The HP Pavilion Elite HPE-350t uses Gigabit Ethernet for maximum bandwidth usage, and comes with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
Horizon has announced a new gadget, a charger that utilizes fuel cells using hydrogen which is more cheaper than any other charger. The MiniPAK gadget charger is the very first product based portable hydrogen fuel cells to compete in cost and serve you best features like an ordinary rechargeable batteries. It can be used to power mobile phones and other similar devices which is really handy. The MiniPak is capable of providing 1.5 to 2W of continuous power and the fuel cell’s used can produce 12Wh of energy, this power generated is produced through a standard USB port built in to the device and this USB port is used to connect devices such as an iPhone, BlackBerry and other devices including tablet computers. The MiniPAK gadget charger cost $100 in the market.
Nintendo has revealed its latest 3D portable gaming technology – the Nintendo 3DS. The latest 3DS features a 3.53-inch top screen that enables 3D view without the need for special glasses with 800×240 resolution and a 3.02-inch touch screen with 320×240 resolution. The controls have been updated, and now above the directional pad is a thumb stick, which Nintendo calls the ’slider’. Like the Nintendo DSi, the 3DS features a front facing camera and a camera on the back – though there are two camera lenses on the back of the 3D, allowing it to take 3D photos. Both cameras have a 640×480 or .3 megapixel resolution. The Nintendo 3DS supports WiFi 802.11 wireless connectivity. Multiple 3DS systems can connect via a local wireless connection to let users communicate or enjoy competitive game play.
Dell has unleashed their latest technology, but this time a 21.5 inch multi-touch LCD monitor called Dell SX2210T. What’s good with this Multi-Touch LCD Monitor is it has a webcam that you can use for chatting and other video conferencing stuff. If you’re using Windows 7 Home Premium & above with its multi-touch capabilities, the Dell SX2210T monitor features full HD 1920 x 1080 experience with 16:9 widescreen display. Aside from that the Dell SX2210T multi-touch monitor has a 220 cd/m2 brightness, dual microphones for video chat, and the capability to to flick, tap, drag, and scroll with your fingers using its multi-touch technology. Super Talent has announced its latest technology called TeraDrive CT Solid State Drive. This 2.5 inch SSD storage device is available in 60 GB, 120 GB, and up to 240 GB and uses SandForce SF-1222 controller. Other specifications of this SSD includes SLC or MLC NAND Flash mental recall chips, the SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, TRIM await as well as the MTBF of over 1 million hours. Talking about performance, this SSD was proven to have faster write speeds of up to 285MB/s and can extend up to 275MB/s which is really amazing. The TeraDrive CT Solid State Drive can now be purchase with a retail price of $199 for the 60 GB capacity, $349 for the 120 GB, and $669 for the largest which is 240 GB respectively.
Apricorn has announced its latest technology called Aegis 3-in-One NetDock Docking Station. This dock can supply power to different gadgets through USB 2.0 in mass number including laptops, netbooks, iPads and table PCs. You can also connect external USB flash drives and hard drives. One of the Aegis NetDock has no hard drive docking station which costs 89 USD and the version with hard features 500GB of storage, a dual layer DVD burner and 4-port USB Hub in a very desirable, good looking package and it costs $189.
Sigma UK has announced its latest digital SLR camera dubbed as SD15 SLR Digital Camera. This camera is expected to be released this June 2010. The camera features a 3 inch LCD display and a powerful 14 megapixel Foveon X3 direct image sensor technology that can capture all primary RGB colors. This camera’s sensor works by combining three 4.7 megapixel layers that individually capture red, green and blue light hitting it. The Sigma SD15 Digital Camera will costs around $1,443.
MSI has unveiled its latest gaming laptop called MSI GT660 Gaming Laptop. This new laptop features a 16″ HD display, a powerful Intel Core i7 processor, a high end graphics card which is 1GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 285M discrete graphics card, and a whooping 12 GB of DDR3 RAM support for this machine. Other than that this laptop features MSI’s TDE+ (Turbo Drive Engine+) technology that can maximize the laptop’s performance on its full peak of all its core functions including memory, process and graphics.
