Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro QWERTY SmartPhone

Sony Ericsson has announced its latest technology known as Vivaz Pro, a QWERTY version for their Vivas series smartphones. This new handheld device from Sony, features a 3.2-inch touch screen display with 360 x 640 resolution, an 8.1-megapixel camera, slide-out keyboard for speedier and comfortable messaging, a VGA output, face detection technology, image stabilization, geo-tagging, smile detection , 720p HD video, 3.5mm headphone jack, and easy upload to various social media services e.g Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.
There’s also a webkit-based browser, Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync support and Wisepilot turn-by-turn navigation app. This latest handheld device measures 109 x 52 x 15 mm and has a microSD slot (with an 8GB card preloaded). No word on pricing, but Sony Ericsson reckon the Vivaz pro will land in Q2 2010.
