Acer has launched its latest mobile phone, the liquid steel A1. This latest technology has a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and geo location technology. It has a powerful 1GHz Snapdragon processor, screen resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, an integrated Android operating system, and can be obtained in three different colors: red, black and white.

The improvements to the liquid steel A1 incorporated into the software interface and show it, because it has Spinlets application with which to make music and video streaming from the network and can send this to our friends. This techie device has an integration with Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Picasa and Flickr, and can receive alerts in real-time updates or new content.

Bluedot has announced its latest portable DVD player, the BDP-1475. This latest device has a display of 4.7 inch with a resolution of 480 x 272 pixels. It is available in different colors including Pink, Yellow and White. This portable DVD players weigh just 510g and can last up to 4.7hours of continuous play on battery.   The BDP-1475 Portable DVD Player can support AVCREC, MPEG-4, AVC/H.264, and can also playback Audio and MP3 CD’s. This latest portable player cost $180.

This latest technology comes with a unique user interface which is designed to draw attention to preserving our fragile environment. With its Techie Feature “Eco mode,” screen brightness, backlight duration and Bluetooth can be set to an energy-efficient mode with just one click. The “Eco Walk” function allows users to count their steps with a built in pedometer and calculate the reduction in CO2 emission realized by walking as opposed to using a motor vehicle. This unique function allows users to see the value of walking by calculating the number of trees that have been saved.

Sony Ericson has released its latest device, the Sony Ericsson W595 Walkman phone. The W595 has a 2.2 inch display with a resolution of 240×320 pixels and can display 262 thousand colors. Its design is really awesome having a sliding opening, exciting shapes and dedicated keys. The dimensions are 100 mm in height, 47 mm wide and 14 mm thick, and weigh 104 grams.

Dell has announced its latest technology, the Dell Mini 9 Tablet Mod which is expected to support Windows 7 advanced features, mainly due to its in-built touch functionality (as long as you’re running Home Premium or higher).The Dell Mini 9 Tablet Mod is the work of Rob928 from the MyDellMini Forums, Rob used a Dell Vostro A90 which is the business model of the Mini 9 and a Hoda Technology solderless touchscreen. Rob also upgraded the SSD to a 16GB version, and also inside is 1GB of  RAM, WiFi, Bluetooth and an Intel Atom Processor.

This latest invention is the SRV-1 Blackfin Mobile Robot which is a fully assembled miniature mobile robot that can be controlled virtually anywhere thru Wi-Fi using a web browser with live video feed. Sounds neat isn’t? It uses a 1000 MIPS 500MHz Blackfin processor, 32MB of SDRAM and 4MB Flash memory to store, process and execute instructions. Its chassis is built on a machined aluminum chassis equipped with a 1.3 Megapixel camera for surveillance, 2 laser pointers for ranging, and additional ultrasonic ranging modules and I2C sensors for navigation.
