ASUS have unveiled their latest slim LCD monitor named the Designo MS Series. Five monitors are launching named the MS246, 236, 227, 226 and 202. They range from 20 to 23.6 inches in size and all offer HD resolutions (full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels on the three largest). All models are only 16.5mm thick and has a 2ms response time with a 50,000:1 contrast ratio.

Sony has unveiled its latest device, the Sony MDR-DS7100 7.1 Channel Wireless Headphones. This latest device feature a 50mm driver unit and now offers 30-percent more lifetime to its battery that gives the wireless headphones 13-hours of operating time, unlike with the previous model MDR-DS7000. This device has a 2.4GHz wireless system, and is capable of receiving 7.1 channels at a range of about 100-feet. Scheduled for a release later this October, the MDR-DS7100 is compatible with Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital EX, DTS, DTS-ES.

HP has announced its latest technology, the HP Pavilion dv8 series which is powered by Intel’s CULV (Consumer Ultra Low Voltage) processors. This is the very first Notebook of HP to have an Intel mobile Core i7 Processor. The quad-core chip was clocked at 1.6GHz and be able to scale up to 2.8GHz when ramping down one or more cores. It has a display of 18.4-inch with 1920×1080 pixel resolution, 4GB of RAM, 640GB of storage, and a Blu-ray drive. The new Pavilion dv8 should be out soon with a price tag of approximately $2,043.

The upcoming Sony S-series Walkman portable media player, namely the Walkman NWZ-S544 and the Walkman NWZ-S545 have similar features including: display with a QVGA 2.4-inch 16:9 LCD, integrated stereo speakers, FM radio with 30 channel pre-set, support for MP3, WMA and AAC, microphone to record voice and reading of video format H264/AVC, MP4 and WMV at 30fps. The battery lasts 42 hours in music, 6.5 video and prices start at € 129 for the 8GB model.

The Panasonic SDR-SW21 is one of the latest device which has outstanding techie features that an ordinary camcorder doesn’t have. This compact camcorder features includes waterproof up to 6.5 feet in both fresh and salt water; shockproof enough to sustain a 4-foot drop; and dustproof to protect against particles such as dirt, sand, and dust.Video is recorded in DVD-quality MPEG2 format, and stills are a scant 0.8 megapixels.
