Sony Reader PRS-300 and PRS-600

Sony has launched 2 new models of e-book readers, the Sony Reader PRS-300 and PRS-600. The Sony PRS300-RC Reader Pocket Edition has a 5-inch display with 800×600 pixel resolutions,  512 MB of memory, USB 2.0 data/power, and brings e-Ink technology (electronic ink) or 8-levels gray scale. It is also capable to synchronize with Windows and Mac computers use eBook Library software. Sony PRS300 includes a rechargeable Lithium-Ion (DC 3.7V) battery that provides up to two full weeks of reading (or 7,500 continuous page turns). It has dimensions of 6.2×4.2×2 inches (LxWxD) and weight is 7.76 oz.

On the other hand, the Sony PRS600-SC Reader Touch Edition comes with a 6-inch touch screen and same resolution as the Sony Reader PRS-300. It has a memory of 512 MB, a feature to take notes on the same screen as a book through a virtual keyboard and a battery life up to 7,500 BBeB Book. It has a dimensions of 6.9×4.8×4 inches (LxWxD) and weight is 10.1 oz.
