2GB Eye-Fi Geo-Tagging SD Card

Eye-Fi has rolled out its latest wireless Secured Digital Card, the 2GB Eye-Fi Geo SD Card.  This latest device is created mainly for Apple users.  Designed to integrate with iPhone ‘09 and ‘08, together with the iPhone and MobileMe, the Eye-Fi Geo offers lifetime geo-tagging and full compatibility with iLife’s geo-aware “Places” feature.  With this card, users can upload photos from their digital cameras to a computer. It has features like easy iPhoto and MobileMe integration, while other online galleries and social networking sites should also be available for $9.99 per year.

The Eye-Fi Pro supports P2P connectivity and considering that Eye-Fi also has a free iPhone App that directly uploads and geo tags what you’re shooting, there’s no surprise that the Eye-Fi Geo is only available exclusively in Apple stores and on Apple.com. The Eye-Fi Geo is available now, on sale exclusively through Apple stores and Apple.com; it’s priced at $59.99.
