Samsung 32GB Embedded Memory Card w/ 30nm Process Technology

Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., the world leader in advanced semiconductor technology solutions, announced shipment of its 32-Gigabyte (GB) moviNAND, the highest density embedded memory card that uses the 30nm process technology. Use of high-density embedded memory improves the performance of high-end phones and other mobile consumer electronics when processing and storing large amounts of multimedia content such as videos, video games and TV broadcasts. Each 32GB moviNAND card integrates eight 32Gb NAND chips, MMC controller and a firmware which helps to improve the performance of devices while processing and storing large amounts of data.

The 30nm-based moviNAND will also come in capacities of 4GB, 8GB and 16GB.
